• For any future sample requests, we may offer continued support or minimal delivery assistance (based on mutual understanding and product availability)

• At times, we may choose to share additional samples to help you explore more of our range — a gesture extended at our sole discretion.

• Free samples are usually delivered once per address to ensure everyone enjoys an equal opportunity to experience our products.

• Since this initiative is designed to spread joy and trust, Kavinuts reserves the right to modify or pause the program at any time, if necessary.
